Christina, the owner of Events Made Golden, was an absolute asset to our wedding planning and wedding day! My husband and I originally hired Christina as a day of coordinator, to assist with the final vendor meetings and to ensure all final details and logistics were figured out for the wedding day, ensuring our actual wedding day ran smoothly, and to assist with set up and break down of decor etc. on the day of. Communication with Christina via text, phone call, or email was always easy as she always reached out or got back to us super quickly. A month before our wedding day, we found out that our caterer unexpectedly passed away. The caterer was also handling rentals, like tents tables chairs linens etc., wait staff, chefs, cake, and alcohol, and long story short, we had to find a new catering company one month before our 150 person (DIY) wedding, which was held at an outdoor arboretum (not a traditional wedding venue). Christina was the first person I called when I found this out, and despite being contracted for final meetings/logistics and day of assistance, Christina went SO far above and beyond to literally save our wedding day. From the day we found out that we had to switch to a completely new catering company, Christina was on the phone on our behalf on a daily basis multiple times per day, handling all of the communication needed to pull off such a huge switch with very limited time left. She was available day and night via text phone call or email with me during that month to make sure we had everything squared away with the new catering company, cake company, and rental company we ended up working with. I truly don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have Christina to assist us so that we could avoid a disaster of a wedding day! We somehow pulled it off despite major vendor switches one month out, this wouldn’t have been possible without her help.
